Scipio, named after his Mother’s father, was born into a pure-blood family, his father being English and his mother being half-Italian. Though having full wizarding bloodlines, he grew up with living a more muggle lifestyle in Blackpool, where the wizard community is not very prominent, and enjoys the best of both worlds. His parents are definitely not the wealthiest people on the block, certainly not up to the grandeur of the Malfoys, but they enjoy a pretty comfortable income and live in a fashionable town house. His life has been pretty simple with few tragedies. Having no other siblings, he is pretty accustomed to getting what he wants and not having to work too hard for anything. His family loves to travel and he has been to America, Italy, Spain, Greece, Russia, Mexico, and several other countries. He speaks a little Italian and can understand most of it.
