"Nice. Do you have a preference where you live?" Reese asked. She had been living in London all her life. It was always the city. She loved it, but always found herself wishing that she could go back to school just for the grounds and the scenery.

"I prefer Birmingham and home, since I grew up there. I have nothing against London, it's just not the same." To compare the two cities to him was like comparing apples and oranges - both cities, different atmospheres. "But now that I know someone else that lives there, maybe you'll have to show me around sometime."

"Definitely! I know it's not really known for having a large wizarding population, other than the Leaky Cauldron, of course. But there are loads of fun things to do." Reese smiled. "The start of term is always the best time of year. I love coming back!"

"Low wizarding population or not, I'd appreciate being shown around by someone besides family." Devon chuckled softly at the thought, almost absent-mindedly wondering how she'd take that. "Start of term and end of term are the two best times. Everything else is always way too busy, especially around the holidays."

"I would love to show you around, it would be really fun" Reese said. She loved the city, and loved giving tours around the area. "Agreed, although the weather in fall and winter is my absolute favorite. Especially at Hogwarts, busy or not!" She chuckled.

"I have to agree with you on that. Fall weather is especially great out on the pitch." Rarely ever one to stray from talk of Quidditch for long, Devon proved it by bringing it up again - it was almost like a compulsion, something he got a sort of weird high off of. He didn't have to drink or pop pills for euphoria..he just needed a broom and angry, whizzing bludgers to bat around.
"And..I just now realized I'm bringing the game up again, geez!" He grimaced slightly, realizing his lapse in attention. "Out of curiosity, have you ever heard of a Quidditch Addicts Anonymous? I think I need something like that.." It was meant half as a joke, half seriously.

Reese laughed, before shooting him a broad grin. "No, I haven't though if there is one, I should join also. I always manage to bring up Quidditch one way or another! People get so annoyed, but I just can't seem to stop connecting everything with it!"

"Ah, damn, that's too bad." Devon grumbled, still going along with his little game of being serious about the idea. "At least I know I'm not the only one in need of services like that." He grinned crookedly and shoved his hands into his pockets, absently glancing around at their surroundings. "Since there's not one, we might need to make an organization like that. I know we're not the only ones with this problem, after all."

"I know right? Just imagine after the Quidditch World Cup, most of the Wizarding World would be at our doorsteps." Reese grinned. She loved joking around and laughing, and she was enjoying teasing around with Devon. She grinned at him before asking a question. "What team do you follow?" Reese asked, she was always interested people favorite teams. It was something communal the wizarding world could share, but there were vast enough teams for it to individualistic.

"Too true." Devon chuckled, then didn't even bat an eye before he answered her question, "Appleby Arrows. Been supporting them since I was old enough to follow the game." That was true, as the first time he actually heard of a match was from a distant cousin who had went to a World Cup game where the Arrows had soundly beaten their rivals, the Wimbourne Wasps. The imaginative explanation of what had gone on was what had actually first interested him in the game.
"What about you, what team are you fanatic over?" That was a light teasing jab, meant light-heartedly as evidenced by his crooked grin.
