Bio:
.Name: Tirona Lee
.Gender: Male
.Age and Year at Hogwarts: 18, 7th Year
.Bloodlines: Pure Blood
.Father: Johnathan Lee
.Mother: Katie Lee
.Siblings: None
.Residence: A rather spacious (on the inside) cottage in Scotland, when he isn't at school. There's a bit of land around them, and the cottage is about situated near the top of a cliff, leading into the ocean below.
Appearance:
.Height: 5'7"
.Hair: Formally shoulder length, blood red. Now cut short, but still the same colour.
.Eye: Blue
.Body type: Average build, slightly on the skinny side from forgetting to eat.
.Fashion: Wears the average school robes at school. When he needs to wear muggle dress, he usually wears a black jean jacket over a white button up t-shirt, with a blue collar, with a pair of blue jeans and white and black running shoes. He has a set of nice black dress robes, with a splash of red, blue, silver, and yellow painted into the corner.
.Any other distingushing features: Ascar through his left eye, extending from one inch above to two inches below.
Personality:
.Characteristics and traits: Tirona might strike some people as being rather quiet and moody. He chooses not to speak unless he's talking one on one with someone and is usually rather quiet throughout his classes unless he chooses to speak with the person next to him. He finds himself more comfortable speaking with girls than with boys, not having the same level of interest in sports and other 'guy' things that they do. He has a deep love of drawing, and is hardly ever seen without his sketchbook. He doesn't usually show its contents to people, but sometimes on a birthday one of his friends might find a fully coloured drawing of themselves or a favorite animal at the foot of their bed.
While most of the students in his year, and most others, look at the specialized forms of magic and say they want to be an animagus auror or something of the sort, he has no desire for the 'usual' professions. He desires to become a teacher at the school he loves and wishes to learn the art of Wandless Magic. He has no interest in becoming a Death Eater, and would probably lean more toward the Order, given the option. In his freetime he can usually be found studying or sketching in the common room. He has a photographic memory.
.Hobbies: Sketching and studying.
.Likes: Studying, drawing, peace and quiet, butterbeer, snow, and pixies.
.Dislikes: The loud, the rude, those who say things they don't know the meaning of, people that brag about secrets they know, hypocrits, his cousin.
.Strengths: Studying, school, most of his classes, running, writing quickly, logic, potion making, rational arguements, being able to look beyond the 'possible'.
.Weaknesses: Getting emotional, showing his feelings, admitting when he is stolen from.
.Odd Habits: Going from one end of the library to the other and rearranging books into the correct order.
Wizard:
.Wand: 11 inch oak with dragon heartstring and phoenix feather.
.Best subjects: Potions, Charms, Transfiguration, Defense Against the Dark Arts, and Care for Magical Creatures.
.Worst subjects: (Formally) Divination, and (slightly lower than the rest) Muggle Studies
.Pets: Lit - His large pet Boa Constrictor
.History of character: Both Tirona's parents graduated from Hogwarts, but never met actually met at the school. His father was a Gryffindor, and although he never exactly wow'd anyone at the school, he was a somewhat adept Wizard. His mother was a Hufflepuff, and an expert at household spells and herbology. His parents met three years after school, dated for a time, and were married after only eight months.
Shortly before he was two, his mother then quit her job and the family moved to a small cottage on the Scottish countryside. They weren't broke, but his father thought that the quiet would be better for raising the child, rather than the crowded city they had lived in. His parents showed him many things, and soon discovered that he had a way with animals. He particularly enjoyed watching the sprites that would dance around the fields at night.
He started Hogwarts as they expected, and he had trouble making friends. Having lived most of his life in the secluded cottage, he'd had little contact with other people, so he spent a lot of time on the edges of the forbidden forest, studying and watching the creatures that ventured close enough to visit. While reading A History of Hogwarts he discovered about all the different magical creatures that called the grounds their home. Wanting to meet them, he tried sneaking into the forest, but was quickly caught by an older student, and sent back to his room. Disappointed, he began to study the lake instead. He had only made one friend in his first year, but she was a seventh year and graduated. He has yet to see her again.
During his second year, a Slytherin seventh year in a particularly bad mood stumbled across Tirona while he was studying, and decided to take his frustration out on him. He cast a quick curse, and his hair turned a deep blood red, and then cast several other curses that put him in the hospital wing. While he let them fix most of the curses, he refused to let them fix his hair. He wanted to do it on his own. He found the spell to reverse it the next year, but didn't want to change it because by then he was used to it.
During the summer before his fifth year, his father took him rock climibing with a few muggle friends of his. They put the stake in a spot where the rock wasn't sturdy enough, and a small chunk broke off and struck Tirona in the eye. He wasn't injured badly, fortunatly, but was left with a scar that extended from an inch above his left eye, across his eyelid, and to two inches below it. The summer before this year, he cut off most of his shoulder length hair. He has yet to fix the color though.
SAMPLE POST: Tirona let out a small sigh. At least she'd wandered into a compartment of someone he knew and was likely to give her back.... When she got into the Slytherin common room, it wasn't quite as often an occurance. He had to wait for her to escape on her own... or jinx them without hitting the cat. Non-verbal spells were particularly good for that reason.... That, and there were always a few spells he knew to get them to drop her easily....
It certainly is hot on the train today... he pulled out his wand and flicked it, the compartment beginning to get a bit cooler. "Well that's a relief. If Narsus had gotten her hands on her again I would have been up a creek... or however that saying goes." His cousin wasn't exactly the nicest of creatures.... She did get along perfectly with most of the other Slytherins though... like Bellatrix.
He shut the compartment door behind him as he entered, taking a seat down. He'd gone down the right side of the train already, and had been on his way back up the left. His own compartment was only 2 down from where he was now. "Hope you don't mind if I take a seat... it's less work catching her at the house." Unless she got out at night.. in which case he spent most of the time keeping her from eating the sprites.
Their 'house' consisted of two bedrooms. One for his parents... and one that was taken up mostly by Lit's case. He missed the snake when he was at school, but there wasn't a whole lot he could do about it. Not like the other boys would be thrilled sharing the room with a snake bigger than they were. Or watching him feed it....
"Sorry if she bugged you... and I'm also sorry that it won't be the last time." Bella had found out quickly that he couldn't get into the girl's dorms. So, when she didn't want to get caught, she'd run up and bug some of the girls. Usually the seventh years, but occassionally some of the others. Not the first years though... to many explosions and burnt hairs.
((Sorry, oldish post. It's late and I don't really want to make a new one at the moment....))
