Yeah, he needs some cool cats to hang with. Girls, boys, he'll insult, poke, and tease all equally. There are two kinds of friends he needs- some best friends and some... not best friends. Anyways, I just want him to have SOMEONE to hang with, fer sure?

Lily seems like she'd get along with him just fine, so Lily can be friends. Siri would probably be neutral on him- not really his first pick, not his last.
As for Caddie, we'll have to see. He seems like someone that would rub her the wrong way, but I'm not entirely sure why.

Well, if he's cool with slytherins, Cissy could totally hang out with him. But he'd irrate Fosetta to no end . She has no sense of humor
