Bio:
NAME: Aquila Rosier
GENDER: F
AGE: 16/5th year
BLOODLINES: Pure blood
FAMILY AND RELATIVES
-Father and Mother: Evan and Aquarius Rosier
-Siblings: A twin brother named Phoenix
-Great Aunt: Druella Rosier Black
-2nd Cousins: Bellatrix, Andromeda, and Narcissa Black
HOME/BIRTHPLACE: London, England
APPEARANCE:
Aquila though short is extremely graceful. Standing at 5’4,” she is not extremely thin but still slender yet curvaceous with and 25” waist and a weight of about 115 pounds. Though her curves do create problems in the hip area as do on most girls, something she absolutely hates and is constantly trying to fix. Her hair is naturally a dark brown and wavy. Though she keeps her color, she rarely wears her hair in its normal beach look preferring to style it. She is extremely vain about her hair and proud of the fact that it both curls and straightens well. Her eyes are also brown, though more of a lighter bronze color. Like most of the females in both her immediate and extended family, she inherited clear, fair skin and large eyes and therefore rarely wears make-up. In fact, she doesn’t even like to wear make-up at all. She hates teenage girls who practically paint a new face on themselves. Instead, if and when she does wear make-up, she keeps it simple and natural, using it only to enhance her features.
Her clothing style is also different from most teenage girls. Though very fashionable, she prefers wearing classy, sexy clothes that will always be in style as opposed to the latest trends. Like her make-up, her taste in color prefers neutral or toned down colors such as green, white, black and brown or certain shades of blue. Because of how much she hates her hips, she picks her clothes very carefully, going for what will look best on her body as opposed to what looks good on a 5’8” model on a runway.
PERSONALITY:
Aquila is a highly independent individual and likes having it that way. She has few close friends believing there are few people you can trust in this world and that if you want to succeed, you have to do it on your own. She is not judgmental but does lack graciousness. If she isn’t in the mood to talk, she probably won’t. Because of this behavior, she often comes off as cold, therefore making her unapproachable even though she is an attractive girl. However, when it suits her or her purpose, she can transform into anything she wants (or in some cases in whomever she is speaking to wants.) She is extremely observant and could probably list off things about people she doesn’t even personally know simply from watching them. This gives her a strong understanding of human psychology and sociology, which she will use to get what she wants. In this sense, she is a highly manipulative person. She is a master of twisting words, sarcasm, rationalizing, and all in all quick wit.
Her hobbies include reading, writing, and theatre.
Aquila mainly likes getting her way. She also loves music and the fine arts, she herself having been trained as a stage actress. Though not a Quidditch player, having better things to do than chase after balls, she does know how to handle a broomstick well. She likes to read, both fiction and non, and gaining new information. As previously mention, she is very observant of people and has a fascination with human mind and nature, and looking at why people do what they do. Her favorite food is Italian and she also likes to exercise in order to say fit. Her favorite color is dark green.
She dislikes her hips and usually her image all together. She knows she is not ugly but can’t help comparing herself to other girls. She also dislikes people meddling into her business. She cannot stand overly preppy, happy people and thinks most of her peers need a reality check. Since she is so independent, she has a bit of a problem with authority and hates being talked down to. Like almost everyone else in her family, she has an irrational prejudice towards mudbloods.
She has many strengths one being precision and speed. She is a detail-oriented individual but has few problems getting things done slowly, knowing how to work efficiently. Her independence is also a strength in the sense that she is capable on her own and doesn’t need someone to hold her hand through situations. She is also very well-rounded and educated, mostly through paying attention in class and individual reading. Her extensive knowledge also makes her highly resourceful. Aquila also has a deep understanding of human nature and while this can make her a comforting friend, it can also make her manipulative, which in her mind is strength because it usually gets her what she wants from other people.
Her great independent strength can also be her weakness. She has a hard time interacting with others, especially upon first meeting, on a casual basis. She cannot simply talk to people just for the sake of talking and socializing. If she doesn’t know you or doesn’t want something from you, she will probably just ignore you rather than feel idiotic trying to speak to you. Again, this makes her come off a cold and judgmental, and it is hard for her to make friends. She is also selfish and vain. She believes the means justify the ends and if it hurts someone along the way, oh well. She believes people should fend for themselves, but if somehow she does manage to find a way to trust you, she will grow to love you and in that case, she would give up her life for yours. Aquila also has a hard time being wrong. Though she actually is usually right about 90%, when she is wrong she does not handle it well and will either mentally abuse herself for her failure or lash out at others because she is upset with herself. Her temper, though controlled, is also a cruel beast. Because of her understanding of others, when she is upset, instead of shouting and getting angry to your face (which she will probably do when no one is around), she will simply hit you where it will hurt the most.

HISTORY:
Aquila and her twin brother, Phoenix, were born into the wealthy pureblood family of Rosier, her parents being Evan and Aquarius Rosier. Her father worked and continues to work in the Ministry. Her childhood was fairly simple. She grew up in the Rosier mansion just outside of London. Though rich, neither she nor her brother were ever really spoiled as their mother, originally born in poverty, kept a careful eye on finances. While they received the best, they had to earn it.
Aquila never strongly attached to Aquarius. Her mother was usually attending her brother, who was born weaker than his sister and needed more looking after. With her father at work almost all day and her mother caring for Phoenix, Aquila was usually left to her own devices. Though her parents never intentionally meant to hurt her, their lack of attention towards Aquila was slightly neglectful. The only time she ever got to spend time with her mother on a regular basis was when Aquarius would tutor the twins together teaching them on a variety of subjects such as reading, writing, history, cooking, ect. While teaching Aquila basic needs and skills, she put a strongly implemented in her daughter’s mind that to be strong, she must learn to take care of herself and not to rely on others.
It was about the age of four when she first began her formal theatrical training. While most children were sent to school at this time, her parents didn't wish to send her to a muggle school, especially to learn skills such as reading and writing, which she had already been taught at home. Her father strongly felt though that she needed to do something productive with her time rather than play around the house.
Her mother died when the twins were at the age of 6. While it was a great tragedy to her father and Phoenix, Aquila never and still never cried over the incident. She didn’t think her mother would approve of her crying. From then on, Aquila had little womanly influence in her life. She was the only lady in the household with the exception of servants and a few years later post her mother’s death, she almost completely ran the household. She also took upon herself her mother’s responsibility of looking after Phoenix, though he grew up to be a perfectly healthy and intelligent boy. In her mind though, he is still the weak one who needs to be guided and nurtured.
On her 11th birthday, to no suprise, she recieved her Hogwarts letter as expected. It was during her first year that her father joined the ranks of the Death Eaters, becoming one of the first Voldemort Supporters. Though his dual role was no secret to his children, it is not something known by anyone outside of Voldemort supporters. As Aquila has grown older, she herself as participated in a few of the meetings though as an unofficial member. Because of her father, on occasion, she is asked to do perform certain tasks once in a while and both her family and the Dark Lord fully expect her to recieve the Dark Mark once she is 17. She herself agrees with most Voldemort's ideas but however is unsure of his methods. However, she will do as is told because again, she believes the ends justify the means.
SAMPLE POST:
Aquila maintained her composure as she walked down the hall of the Rosier mansion. She cooly twisted the silver door knob and gracefully glided into her room. Slowly, she shut the dark cherry wood, barely making a noise. However, she could hear the faint click as the door completely shut and the instant she did, she wiped out her wand as fast as lightning and shot a stream of sparks, breaking a glass vase full of roses sitting on her dresser.
"WHY DOESN'T HE EVER LISTEN?!" she bellowed outloud to herself. Her breathing sped up in anger and with a flick of her wand, her stereo kicked on, loudly screaming out heavy guitar strums and drumbeats. Phoenix, her twin brother, was the source of her frustration as ususal.
"He's so dumb," she whispered under her breath as she massaged her temples. "So dumb."
It wasn't that he talked back or argued with her that set her off, though if he did she probably would be just as pissed. It was the fact that he didn't listen. He wouldn't say a word when she tried to discuss things with her. But he didn't grasp what she was saying and brushed it off. She might as well have not said anything. It greatly irratated her. It was a waste of her time. Is he stupid? she wondered. Does he have some great retardation is his brain that makes him unable to process anything anyone says to him?
Sitting down on her fluffy mattress, she slowly ran a hand through her dark chocolate hair, blowing off steam. With a sigh of frustration, she laid back onto her comforter. Shutting her eyes, she breathed heavily and relaxed into the music blaring in her room, and echoing down the hall.
